25 Jun Social Gastronomy Movement
As part of TED talks that occurred in April 2018 in Vancouver BC, David Hertz a Brazilian chef presented on the Social Gastronomy Movement that is underway in his country. Urban Food Strategies had the opportunity to attend a gathering of change makers to learn more about the movement and the strong parallels that exist between Social Gastronomy and sustainable food and agriculture systems in North America.
